89X and MCGH Investigates the Historic Trenton Hotel
TIme- 10:00pm to 5:00am
Investigators Present- John, Cathy, Jason, Chass, Teri, and Tom
Structure- 3 story old hotel. Now a resturant on the first floor, banquet center on second floor and apartments on the third floor. and also a basement.

On Friday October 28 2011, MCGH teamed up with 89X(a local radio station). This wasn't a normal investigation. The  premise of the investigation was to follow James, a talent from 89x, and some listeners in their search of the paranormal.

89x Team - James, Mark, Donnie, and Nichole

Background- Known as "TVs Grand Event and Banquet Center at Historic Trenton Hotel" this building was built in 1895. The building has held many purposes in its 116 years, a carriage stop, a hotel, a private residnce and a resturant.  In the 1970s the building  had burned and was condemed untill a doctor saved the day, he purchesed it and restored it and then he put the basement in.

This EVP was taken in the vault at the very beginning of our EVP session (first round). John starts talking, the Ovilus tells him "quiet" and then a voice can be heard at about 7 seconds that says "bitch."		   Media
This EVP was recorded in the "futon room," during the first investigation session (with Teri, Chass, Tom, Mark, Donny, Nicole). It occurs at about 4.5 seconds into the recording and appears to say "get out.

This EVP was recorded when we were all standing in the hallway watching the motion sensor. Chass is asking it if it can run real, real fast and a "weee" can be heard at 5.5 seconds in. Sounds like a kid, which we know were not around us (at least in the physical sense). Have looped it so it will play four times.

This EVP was recorded during the first session in the vault. It occurs at about 2 seconds in. It is kinda quiet, but sounds like "'rot." What makes it interesting is that just seconds later, the Ovilus says "rot," which then James and John say in surprise.		Media
This EVP was recorded when James, Jason, Cathy, one of the employees were outside. We were talking about the people setting up for the wedding and Jason something about them being up there since 11:30 setting up. At 4 seconds in, it sounds like "seven," which is totally misplaced in our conversation. Looped it so it will play four times.
Below is a 3 part video that we put together for 89x! The video shows James' investigation throughout the night, which includes some sessions with the Ovilus, a motion sensor turning on and off and also some k2 and flash light communication.

Conclusion: We at MCGH feel as if TVs Grand Event and Banquet Center at Trenton Historic Hotel has some paranormal activity. We do not think that it is malevolent. We all agree (based on evidence) that there are at least 2 spirits inside the historic We had a great time with James and the 89x listeners. We would also like to thank the owners Tracey and Victor for allowing us the opportunitiy to investigate and we can only hope that this is a stepping stone to a great relationship!
